Although this event will be held in a private hotel venue, we will be required to comply with San Francisco County mandates and insist that all attendees carry proof of vaccination to attend. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cancellation – Standard Policy
• Received by March 30: 100% - full refund
• Received after March 30: 50% refund
• No shows: No refund

Cancellation Due to COVID
Cancellation for illness/covid after April 10th: Due to required guarantees to the hotel no refund shall be given however your registration may be transferred to a colleague.
